3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are provided based on the details shared during booking.
• Any changes to the volume of goods, distance, or service requirements may affect the final cost.
• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

4. Liability

• We take utmost care in handling your belongings, but we are not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or improper packing of goods by the customer.
• Insurance coverage is available upon request and is recommended for high-value goods.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details of items to be moved.
• Ensure that fragile and valuable items are disclosed to our team.
• Arrange necessary permissions for vehicle entry, parking, or building access.

6. Storage & Warehousing

• Goods left beyond the agreed storage period may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative fees.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Palam Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana.
